Jake finally "allowed" me to tag along on one of his field trips this school year. The 7th grade, Brett, Natalie, Angie, Christie and I went downtown for the day before school let out. We went to the Fire Museum, Slave Haven, Mud Island and had lunch on Beale Street at Rum Boogie Cafe. The weather was fantastic, the kids were a lot of fun and the trip was a blast.
