College Football Week 1!!!!

To celebrate one of our most favorite times of the year, we threw a party last weekend and were dying to see this again:

We woke up early to get the meat on the smoker & put everything else together. 

It was a great night w/ a really great cocktail that Darren whipped up for us. 

Can't wait to have some more of this!!

Zoo Brew

Last Friday night, K & I had plans with Angie & Tom to go to Zoo Brew. We met them for happy hour at Chiwawa before and I had my first mango margarita sno cone. 

It was almost as perfect as their cheese dip! After a couple of those, we headed over to the Zoo to sample beers from all over the world. It was a lot of fun but there were so many people and it was so hot, we only stayed for about an hour and a half. 

It worked out good though since we needed to get up early the next morning to get ready for our Welcome Back College Football party.

Last week I got to hang out with DJ Stephens before he left to go play basketball somewhere in Greece. He was such a great guy & I will miss watching him play for the UofM :(
